Tucked beneath the trees along the Guadalupe River, 1220 Sleepy Hollow was the kind of place that made it pretty easy to imagine staying awhile. River out back. Big porches. Plenty of room to slow down.

There’s always something satisfying about getting a property sold. But I particularly like the ones where you can see the next chapter beginning as the old one closes.
