I’m Micha Hill, a local Realtor, and I spend a lot of my time looking at homes, studying the market, driving around Horseshoe Bay, and paying attention to what’s changing around the lake. Somewhere along the way, I realized there was a lot more I wanted to talk about than simply what’s for sale.
So that’s what this Journal is for. I’ll write about the market when there’s something worth talking about, share homes and properties that catch my attention, and spend some time on the places, people, and little things that make this part of Texas what it is. And every now and then, I’ll probably write about something simply because I find it interesting.
I’ve been around this area long enough to know that there’s usually more to the story than what you see in a listing, a statistic, or a brochure. Some homes are better than they look online. Some aren’t. Some parts of the market get a lot of attention while others quietly offer something really interesting. And sometimes the most useful thing I can share is simply what I’m noticing.
